Membership billing policy

Price, renewal and cancellation rules for Clank company memberships.

Effective October 5, 2026

Price and renewal

Buyer membership costs $35 USD per company per month or $240 USD per company per year, plus applicable tax. Annual membership is charged once per year and includes the same features as monthly membership. The selected plan renews automatically until canceled. Approval is required before subscribing; payment does not grant company approval or change employee permissions.

Buyer membership includes finding and comparing suppliers, creating and updating saved searches and supplier lists, submitting requirements, document prefill and starting supplier conversations. Existing saved-work and request history, company profiles, billing recovery, and existing conversation history and replies remain available after paid access ends, subject to current account permissions.

The supplier beta costs $50 USD per company per month, plus applicable tax. Payment is due when your company subscribes and renews automatically each month until canceled. One company subscription covers its approved team; it does not grant access to other companies’ accounts.

Prices exclude tax. Stripe Managed Payments calculates and collects applicable tax for supported billing countries and displays the total before payment. Provide your company’s legal billing name and address, and a business tax ID if you have one and the option is available. A business tax ID does not automatically exempt a subscription from tax.

The base price is in USD. Stripe may offer an equivalent price in a local currency, including its currency-conversion charge. Review the final amount and currency at checkout; you can choose USD when that option is offered. Your card issuer may charge its own currency-conversion or international transaction fees.

The planned standard price is $100 USD per company per month, plus applicable tax. Moving out of beta is a separate change, not a scheduled automatic increase. We will notify your company before a price change takes effect so you can cancel before the next charge at that price.

Canceling your subscription

A company administrator can open Company billing, or Buyer membership, choose Manage billing and cancel the relevant subscription through Stripe. Companies that both buy and supply have separate memberships. Cancel before your next renewal to stop that charge. Your company keeps its paid access until the end of the current paid billing period.

Canceling billing does not delete your company’s information or automatically remove its published profiles. Contact Clank separately if you need a correction, account closure or a profile removed.

Refunds and billing errors

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial monthly or annual periods or unused time. Billing errors, refunds required by applicable law and refunds handled under Stripe Managed Payments terms are exceptions. Stripe may handle a refund through Link under its payment terms.

Contact sales@clankindustries.com with your company name and the relevant invoice if you believe a charge is incorrect. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords.

If a payment fails

An initial payment must be confirmed before paid buyer actions or the supplier workspace become available. Buyers can leave inquiries for suppliers before they join or subscribe. After Clank approves the supplier’s company connection, its activation page shows the message count only; buyer identities, message content, attachments and replies require an active supplier membership. If a renewal payment fails, paid access may continue for up to seven days after the previously paid period ends while Stripe retries the payment.

Update the payment method promptly in Company billing. After paid access ends, new buyer sourcing work and supplier editing are paused. Previously subscribed suppliers can see anonymous incoming-message activity; buyer identities, message content, attachments and replies require renewed supplier access. Buyer conversation history and replies remain available, subject to account permissions. Billing and support remain available, and your company profiles, messages and saved information are preserved.

A disputed or refunded subscription payment may pause paid access while the billing issue is resolved. Contact Clank for help reviewing an adjustment.

Payment security and support

Subscriptions using Managed Payments are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record. Link provides payment receipts, tax invoices and transaction support. Your statement may show LINK.COM followed by Clank’s statement descriptor. Clank provides the software and support for your company’s account and profiles.

Stripe handles card entry and the billing portal. Clank does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Only your company’s administrators can start subscriptions or manage billing. You can also use Link’s payment support.

This subscription pays for Clank’s software service. It is not payment for equipment, a deposit with a supplier, or a guarantee of an equipment transaction. See the service terms for the current scope.

Supported billing countries

The paid beta is available to invited companies with a billing address in the countries and territories listed below, subject to payment availability and applicable restrictions. Use your actual company billing address. If your location is not covered, contact Clank with billing questions before subscribing.
